With 119 kilometres of slopes and 32 lift facilities, Kronplatz is one of the most popular winter sports areas in the Alps. Whether beginner, family or expert, everyone finds their perfect descent here. As part of Dolomiti Superski, Kronplatz is also ideal for ski safaris, including routes towards the Sellaronda.
In summer, the mountain delights with beautiful hiking trails, impressive panoramas and varied bike routes. A special highlight is Reinhold Messner's MMM Corones, which offers fascinating insights into traditional alpinism.
Summer
In summer, Kronplatz Ski Lodge is the ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Dolomites region.
Bruneck, the charming centre of the Puster Valley, is only about 30 minutes away by car. The lively town invites you to stroll, enjoy and explore, including the Messner Mountain Museum Ripa, which offers fascinating insights into the culture and history of mountain peoples.
Nature lovers also get their money's worth around Kronplatz: the Tauferer Ahrntal valley with its impressive three-thousand-metre peaks, the picturesque Lake Braies and the world-famous Three Peaks are among the region's most beautiful excursion destinations and are easily reached from the lodge.

The slopes begin just a few steps from the lodge, ideal for everyone who wants to start skiing straight away. With more than 100 kilometres of perfectly groomed runs, Kronplatz offers varied winter sports for every level.
Those who want to discover even more can also easily reach the Speikboden, Klausberg and Sexten Dolomites ski areas from the lodge. This makes your winter holiday a varied experience in the heart of the South Tyrolean mountains.
